Additional children will be $6 each, and additional adults will be $5 each

Maximum Number of Guests is 60!

Party Times (90 minute blocks)

Horsin' Around Party ($300)

Includes:

·         Admission for 16 children and up to 20 adults
·         2 hour rental of birthday room 
·         Table setup provided for children and adults (includes tablecloth, napkins, plates, forks and spoons)
·         Ice cream and juice boxes for children
·         10 helium balloons
·         Unlimited time in the Explorium for all paid guests
·         2 large, 1 topping pizzas
·         Blank chalkboard pony for children to decorate
·         Party Favor for each child (a colorful bandana)
·         Birthday Buddy (adult helper, that serves to keep things running smoothly)
·         Additional services available from A la Carte menu

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ALL PARTIES HELD AT THE EXPLORIUM:

• $50 non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation (will go toward party cost). This deposit, along with your reservation sheet must be filled out and processed before we can reserve your party time and date.
• If the Explorium has to close due to inclement weather we will try to reschedule your party or you will receive your deposit back in the form of a check that is mailed to you.
• If you would like us to order cupcakes, you must let us know the Tuesday before your party.
• You must book at least 2 weeks in advance.
• We must have a final number of guests the Tuesday before your party for set-up.
• Even if party guests happen to be Explorium Members, they are still counted in the final number for party attendance.
• We are not able to substitute children for adults or adults for children in final number for party attendance.
• Birthday Buddies are only available if you request one from the A la Carte Menu. Otherwise, if you add on an activity, it is self-guided.
• Remember to bring plates, forks, spoons, cups…etc. for adult guests, a knife, candles and a lighter or matches. The Explorium does not provide any of these items.
• You can bring your own food and drinks to your party, but there can be NO alcohol!
• If you would like to bring ice then bring a cooler for it as well.
• You can only come 15 minutes before your party time to setup.
• If you are late arriving to your party, we are not able to give you extra time to compensate for the time you missed.
• Party guests and all their belonging must be out of the room at the end of your party.
o The Explorium may have other parties/events booked after yours. We will remind you when your party has 15 minutes left and we do have carts that you can use to transport items to your car.
• We do not supply a refrigerator/freezer for you to use.
• You are not able to use our supply closets during your party to keep coats, purses, or other belongings in.
• The party rooms are not equipped to hang piñatas.
