Open Art Studio
The Open Art Studio began in 2005 after receiving a grant from the Little Foundation. The Studio is designed as a place of artistic creativity and is an integral part of the Explorium's continuing Art Outreach Program. In addition the OAS, the Explorium opened its Children's Art Gallery to display children’s art on April 25 during the Kid At HeART benefit event. The new gallery, located in the former What’s New 2 room, showcases art from elementary, middle, and high school students from various schools in the region.
Art classes, special events and summer art camps are also offered.
